Earth Science and Technology collide as students explore the weather. We’ll learn how to read the clouds, gain an understanding of barometric pressure and more as we study how hurricanes and snowstorms develop. Students will appreciate why meteorologists have a tough time being precise in their forecasting. As a final project, each student will use the Weather Channel to help them predict future weather and will compete to make the most accurate forecast.
